For our 'rustic and rowdy' table, Frank has lovingly brought out the figuring in this old, oak board, which should be seen as a metaphor for our mission:

For our first aim, we want you to

From the coffee or ale you are drinking to the sausage or fish on your plate, they should all be artisan products, hand-crafted with the skill and care of the individuals in the supply chain and then with equal dedication through our kitchen or cellar to you.
As you eat, drink or chat, you see original art work on the walls around you, and the table or bar at which you sit or stand is just as beautifully formed from genuine, solid wood. If you're lucky someone will play an impromptu piece on the baby grand...
2. GREAT CRAFT EXPERIENCE
Secondly, we want you to have a
GREAT CRAFT EXPERIENCE
...if you're even luckier, that person playing the piano or singing a song could be you. Or you could be learning how our dry-cured bacon or sourdough bread is made or be taking part in a creative writing or watercolour course, if your not in our brewery helping with the next brew!
Having a great craft experience is about stepping back in time, taking part or learning something new by immersing yourself in our culture of traditional, artisan practice.
3. CRAFT GREAT EXPERIENCE

or experiences for our patrons and everyone who works here.
Coming to your local ale house should be much more than simply quenching your thirst or satisfying your appetite ~ as delightful as our beverages and food are .
Our pub is a about community. We want people to feel welcome and be included, to be able to relax, let their hair down and have some fun.
We want people to experience new things and to make new friends.
Coming in for a quick pint ends up being an experience to be cherished.

The Angel Inn Loddon is incredibly fortunate to be surrounded by so many craft producers that have a passion for their creations. You won't find the ubiquitous, mass-produced, big brands, behind our bar, instead we have carefully selected products that have been made with care and dedication, using the the finest, local ingredients. Whenever possible, these are also free from unnecessary additives. That's why we say:
