Fresh Pac supply our coffee and tea. As their name implies, freshness is the key. The coffee, for example, is freshly roasted on site and immediately airtight packaged in Suffolk.
But we also chose Fresh Pac because they deal directly with the farmers to ensure our teas and coffees have, not only great flavour, but are ethically sourced and fairly traded.
Please talk to our staff if you have any allergens. In the small kitchen there is a possibility of cross contamination, including from nuts, dairy, and gluten products, which feature highly in our cuisine.
We will endeavour to meet your dietary requirements depending on the current menu and ingredients available.
